The Congregation of Christ Baptist Church Christ Baptist Church Lettering Sovereign Lord Written Words Golden Cross and White Candles

From the PASTOR'S DESK...

Pastor Lawrence E. Robertson

On behalf of the Ministers, Officers and Members of Christ Baptist Church, it is my most humble pleasure to invite you to come and worship with us as a visitor and a potential member.  Let me assure you that our Church is a place where we can all worship God in spirit and in truth.  We are a Church where ordinary people are free to praise the Lord without regard to economic, educational, social or political status.  We don't brag about how many teachers, lawyers or doctors we have here on the roll, we just love to rejoice in the Lord, who in His awesome power brings us all together in worship and uses people from all stations of life to carry out His divine will.

We are committed to learning the Word of God here at Christ Baptist Church, because we know that the will of God for our lives both individually and collectively is found through God's Holy Word.

Our prayer is that God will reveal to you His purpose for your life.  We also pray that you find your worship experience at Christ Baptist to be uplifting and spiritually meaningful.  Again, on behalf of the entire Christ Baptist Church family, I welcome you and look forward to serving the Lord with you, teaching God's Holy Word.

Prayerfully submitted,

Reverend Lawrence E. Robertson, M.Div., M.Ed., BA
Pastor, Christ Baptist Church
